Pork Tenderloin

2          Pork tenderloins
1/4C.  Rum
2tbl      Lemon Juice
2 tble   Olive Oil
1C        Soy Sauce
1/2tsp   Nut Meg
1/4 tsp  Cayenne
1/4tsp    Allspice
1/4tsp    salt

Combine all ingredients except pork in a flat baking dish. Reserve 1/3 of the marinade and keep it seperate.  Place tenderloins in marinade for 15 - 30 min.  Cook tenderloins in a baking dish in over @ 350 for 45 min to 1hr.  Slice the pork on the diagonal, place on a serving platter. Warm the reserved marinade and spoon it over the pork slices. Serves 4
